About Aidvante Digital
A small charity marketing team that reports in donations.
Aidvante Digital is a Croydon-based charity creative and paid media agency in London, working almost entirely with charities and non-profits worldwide. Small enough that the person who reads your account is the person you speak to, specialised enough to know what a donation should cost before we log in.

Why we exist
Charities are the worst-served clients in advertising.
The one rule
If a change cannot be traced to a donation in the platform’s own reporting, we do not make it and we do not bill for it.
Not because agencies are dishonest, but because the incentives point the wrong way. A commercial client is shown revenue, because that is the number the invoice gets judged against. A charity is shown impressions, reach and engagement: numbers that always look like progress and never answer the only question a trustee board actually has, which is what did each donation cost us.
We started Aidvante Digital because we kept inheriting the same account: a good cause, a real budget, a hundred live campaigns bidding against each other, a pixel that had never fired a purchase event properly, and a monthly report full of adjectives. Fixing that is not clever. It is just work nobody had been paid to do.
So we built the boring version of a charity marketing agency. One number at the centre of everything. Creative made in-house, because handing files between two suppliers is where performance goes to die. And every result on this website is a screenshot from the platform itself, baseline left in frame, because a charity should never have to take our word for it.
How we work
Five commitments, in writing.
These go in every contract. If we break one, you can leave with thirty days’ notice and take everything with you.
One number, agreed first
We set a cost per donation from your own average gift and accounts before touching a campaign. Everything gets judged against it, including us.
Screenshots, not adjectives
Every result we publish is the platform’s own export with the baseline left in frame. If we cannot screenshot it, we do not claim it.
Creative and media together
Made in-house and briefed against the same target. Handing files between two suppliers is where charity ad performance quietly dies.
We will tell you not to spend
If the answer is fix the donation page, claim four years of Gift Aid, or email your existing donors first, that is what the audit will say.
Nothing is locked in
Monthly, thirty days’ notice, and the ad account, the data and every asset stay in your name from day one.
Charity boards should not be locked into twelve months of anything. Monthly, cancel with thirty days, and the account, data and creative are yours.
Ask us anythingWe are a good fit if
- ✓You are a charity, non-profit or social enterprise, anywhere in the world.
- ✓You have a real budget, a Google Ad Grant, paid media, or both, and no clear picture of what a donation currently costs.
- ✓Someone has to justify the spend to a board, and impressions are not going to do it.
- ✓You would rather hear an uncomfortable number early than a comfortable report every month.
We are the wrong agency if
- ✗You want a guaranteed return figure before anyone has looked at your account.
- ✗You need a large in-house-style team on site. We are four people and stay that way deliberately.
- ✗The brief is brand awareness with no donation or sign-up attached to it.
- ✗You want the creative made somewhere else and only the media buying from us. That split is exactly what we exist to fix.
We turn down work roughly once a month. Usually because the honest answer is that the charity needs a fixed piece of consultancy, not a retainer, and saying so is cheaper for everyone than six months of underperformance.
